In 1965 two Greek immigrants came to Watertown in search of fulfilling the American dream. This resulted in them opening the "W" House of Pizza". I renamed it in honor of my parents to just The "W" because my parents would always say we're off to The "W".
It was a time recalled fondly by Paul and Mabel Demis - my parents. Although I was just a young boy, I remember how they enjoyed interaction with the patrons.
I hope to recreate the great example they set of hard work, good service and a quality product. Living in Watertown since 1991 I look forward to bringing The "W" to its original form. It will be tough to do, but I will do my best to put forward the effort and quality my parents taught me long ago.
